The salesman in our area (Colm) was a true gem, he got us an unbeatable deal which was a huge saving over the other SIX companies that we contacted, the company came across as an experienced customer focused company who would do anything to ensure you were happy. We chose PV Solar UK Ltd and they were able to install in the shortest possible time, actually on 2nd May (Bank Holiday), the install was not exactly without it’s issues starting with the delivery lorry which was too big to get to our house as we have a very limited access road so it had to be turned away, also as the install team were quite inexperienced having only worked for the company for just weeks as opposed to months or years and could have benefited to more on job training before being sent out on their own, they were supervised throughout but this did not stop something’s from happening that could have been avoided, as we all know this industry is very very new so there are very few installers out there who could claim to have been doing this for years anyway, to cut a long story short the install was completed on Wednesday 4th May and has been producing about 15Kwh per day since, we also have a desktop monitor to visually check what is being produced at any one time as well as to keep historical data on the solar energy production, unfortunately this desktop unit kept locking up but the company sent out a replacement as soon as I informed them of the problem, every issue we had with this install, and there were a few, has been sorted as quickly as the issue was identified so all in all I can’t complain at the customer care that they provide, in fact a lovely bunch of flowers were sent to my wife as a way of saying sorry and we were also paid £100 for the inconvenience and stress we had suffered although it would have been better if it had gone smoothly in the first place. I am sure they have learnt from this install so as a company I still think they are worth giving them a try for a quote.
